About us...

Spring Massage & Wellness is managed by Que, a licensed massage therapist born in Shanghai, China who relocated to Springfield for opportunity and growth. She’s continuously honing her craft and combining her knowledge of Western and Eastern techniques into her own unique practice. She specializes in various modalities to include deep tissue, geriatric, lymphatic, and Swedish massage. Que loves owning her own practice because it allows her the freedom to customize client centered services by leveraging her background in physical therapy, nursing, elder care, and anatomy.

The most popular type of massage. It gives you full relaxation of your body and mind. Swedish massages are beneficial for increasing the oxygen level in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, and improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Deep tissue massages focus on your deeper layers of muscles. These massages are helpful for chronic aches and pains, and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, lower back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

Geriatric massages give special consideration to the physical and emotional needs of the elderly and/or ill client. Comfort massages are intended to promote deep relaxation and pain relief.
